The Hi-Dow Painpod is a digital TENS machine thats ultra compact, being about the size of an MP3 player. Its got a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, a clear LCD display so you can select your massage settings clearly and 4 pads you can use simultaneously. Your automatic timer will switch the unit off after your session has finished.

Included in the Box:
The PainPod Unit, (2) sets of pad wires, (1) set of large pads, (1) set of small pads, USB cable, USB Cable, AC Charger, Acupuncture chart (this chart identifies pressure points).

Operational Instructions:
Turn on the instrument selecting the mode you desire and adjust the timer for your treatment.
Clean skin before applying the massage pads.
Separate the protective films from the pads.
Apply a few drops of water on both pads with your finger.
Apply the massage pads on your body and plug the massage pads cord into the socket on the HiDow XPV.
Increase strength gradually to the maximum you can comfortably stand.
Hints: When changing the mode to a different treatment, the  intensity will default to the minimum setting. You can then increase the intensity gradually.
Usage: 2–3 times a day, 40-60 minutes at a time, over 10 days for one course of treatment.
